About me

MY PAST
From self-imposed silence to balance with my own voice
From a very young age, I lived trapped in self-demand. I always wanted to give more, be more, do better. But that constant pressure eventually took its toll. What looked like willpower was actually fear in disguise — fear of not being enough. That inner struggle began to show in my body… until it stopped being just emotional and became physical.
For years, I lived with anxiety, panic attacks, and an eating disorder. It took me a long time to acknowledge it. Asking for help wasn’t easy, especially at a time when I barely had any resources. But it was right there, at that turning point, that I began to rebuild myself. With support, reading, education, and deep self-awareness, I understood it wasn’t about controlling myself — it was about caring for myself.
That process was tough, but transformative. Today I know where my strength comes from: not just from falling, but from getting back up.
MY PRESENT
Today I live in balance… and enjoy the journey
Today I feel at peace. I’ve learned to listen to myself, to respect my own pace, and to enjoy both what I do and who I am. I don’t seek perfection — I seek balance. I devote myself to what I’m passionate about: helping others reconnect with their bodies and minds from a place of love, awareness, and joy.
I continue to learn and grow, but I also give myself permission to pause, to be with myself, to enjoy a coffee, a walk in the mountains, or an honest conversation. I surround myself with healthy relationships, take care of my well-being, and share what I’ve learned — not from theory, but from lived experience.
I don’t have a perfect life, but I have a life that feels like home.
What defines me
My goal
I want to help you love yourself — truly
My goal isn’t to make you fit into a mold or chase an impossible physique. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself. To teach you how to care for your body with respect, not punishment. And to show you that real transformation happens when physical change goes hand in hand with mental and emotional growth.
I want you to look at yourself with more kindness, eat with less guilt, train with more motivation… and enjoy the process. To feel supported, understood, and capable. Because when mind and body find balance, everything else starts to fall into place.
That’s what I do: help you feel whole — inside and out.
My values
The way I support you reflects who I am
What you see is what you get. I work with honesty, authenticity, and respect. I don’t believe in shortcuts or empty promises. I believe in real processes, real people, and results that come from commitment — not perfection.
I’m committed to continuous learning, because there’s always something new to take in. I live with curiosity, share from experience, and support with care. To me, every person is unique and deserves a safe space to grow without judgment.
Closeness, awareness, and coherence — these are the values that define me and guide every step of Natyfitness.
My path
My training
Learning was the first step to transforming myself
Since I was a child, I felt curious about understanding how we work from the inside out. I began by studying Veterinary Medicine, and although it was a valuable stage in my life, over time I realized that my true calling lay elsewhere: in supporting real people through real processes of physical and emotional change. That decision marked the beginning of a deep and transformative learning journey.
I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition and have specialized in eating disorders such as binge eating, bulimia, and anorexia. I’m also a certified Personal Trainer and have trained in coaching to work on the mental and emotional aspects, which I consider fundamental in any meaningful transformation.
In addition, I’ve spent more than five years learning independently with experts and through bite-sized courses. Because I believe learning never ends — especially when you work with what’s most valuable: people.
My values
When you share from the heart, success follows naturally
Over the years, I’ve helped more than 100 people reconnect with their bodies, build sustainable habits, and — above all — truly love themselves. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone start caring for themselves out of respect rather than pressure.
I’m building a community that’s kind, authentic, and free from comparison, envy, or pressure. A safe space where we share values, motivation, and a desire to grow. Because when you’re surrounded by good vibes, change not only becomes easier — it becomes more fun.
I’ve collaborated with brands like Prozis, taken part in trainings and webinars for other communities, and had the joy of organizing in-person events that were full of energy. And this is just the beginning.
